ctet result 2023 CBSE has released the result of Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) on Monday. Two lakh 98 thousand 758 candidates have passed in Paper One (classes one to five) and one lakh one thousand 57 candidates have passed in Paper two (classes six to eight). According to board officials, four lakh candidates had appeared from Bihar. In which more than 50 thousand candidates have got success.

According to board officials, four lakh candidates had appeared from Bihar. In which more than 50 thousand candidates have got success.
Who will be eligible to apply for school teacher
Candidates who pass Paper One will be eligible to apply for teacher in primary schools and candidates who pass Paper Two will be eligible to apply for teacher in middle schools.
The cutoff for general category is 60 percent (90 marks) and for SC, ST, OBC, PWD is 55 percent (82.5 marks). The examination was held on 20th August.
Eligibility Certificate will soon be available on Digi Locker
CTET Director said that 15 lakh 1 thousand 719 candidates had applied for Paper One, out of which 12 lakh 13 thousand 704 candidates appeared in the examination. While 14 lakh 2 thousand 184 candidates had applied for Paper Two, 11 lakh 66 thousand 178 candidates had appeared in the examination.
The director said that mark sheets and merit certificates will soon be made available in Digi Locker. Candidates can download it through the mobile number entered in the online application. Detailed information has been uploaded on the website.
Teacher reinstatement candidates got relief
More than 40 thousand candidates who appeared in the teacher reinstatement examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) have heaved a sigh of relief.
The applications of the candidates who appeared in the July session of CTET were accepted for appointment on about 90 thousand primary seats. Candidates who have passed this have now become eligible for appointment.
According to the commission, the primary result will be released in mid-October. Candidates who qualify CTET have become eligible to appear in the recruitment examination for primary and secondary teacher recruitment next month.
